Rules for using our matrimony service.
1. Eligibility
Registration is open to members of the communities listed on our registration form who are of legal marriageable age.
2. Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and documents (including horoscope charts) you submit. We reserve the right to reject or remove any profile found to contain false information.
3. Membership & Fees
Membership fees are as published on our Schemes & Tariff page and are non-refundable once your membership has been activated.
4. Indemnity
TulyaJhodi acts only as an introduction service. We do not verify every claim made by members beyond the documents submitted, and we are not responsible for the outcome of any alliance formed through our service. Members agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any dispute arising from their use of the service.
5. Trademark
The TulyaJhodi name and logo are the property of their respective owners and may not be used without written permission.
6. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
